It can still be used. Rubbed and stained (including the inner), darkening, metal scratches and bald spots, slight warping, cracks, fraying, and peeling edge glue (corners), a 0.4" tear (at the top edge of the pocket), and minor peeling (on the double-sided pocket, use with care) show signs of use.
